We’re passionate about educating our community on how to get Ahead of Pain, Spinal Degeneration, Fitness, Nutrition, Toxins, Stress & Relationships. We offer personalized care plans with home care instructions, as well as in office massage, soft tissue therapies for acute pain (ultrasound, red light therapy, and electric stimulation) and state of the art vibration therapies for neuromuscular re-education and correcting herniated discs.

We provide flexibility to our members with no class times and 24 hour access. They can work out with a trainer or come in on their own and follow the screens.

Kristen Huguley served as an executive leader for over a decade at multiple nonprofit organizations. Her community engagement and national emergency assistance programs, relationship development, and marketing strategies have increased each nonprofit’s annual revenue, enabling them to serve their communities more effectively. She created Ten House Strategies to enhance nonprofits’ workplace culture, sustainability, and impact. She currently works with the Cedar Park Public Library Foundation and The Leander Chamber Foundation.

Kristen earned a Master of Business Administration from Tarleton State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Public Relations from Baylor University. She enjoys adventures with her husband and dogs, and creating award-winning short films through Ten House Productions.
